You will retain rights to use at any time.  I will interact with your customers throughout the month. We will work together to create an effective and cohesive marketing strategy. 

Silver Package: I will post up to 2 times per day in your group, on your page, and on your Instagram. I will create a graphic for each post, completely branded for your business. You will retain rights to use at any time.  I will interact with your customers throughout the month. We will work together to create an effective and cohesive marketing strategy. 3hrs of website maintenance will be included to ensure your website is updated, ready for your latest drops and the new seasons. I will create a graphic for each drop and change out banners accordingly, completely branded for your business. You will retain rights to use at any time.  (Additional Hours Can Be Bought At A Discount If More Is Needed)

Cobalt Package:  I will post up to 2 times per day in your group, on your page, and on your Instagram. I will create a graphic for each post, completely branded for your business. You will retain rights to use at any time.  I will interact with your customers throughout the month. We will work together to create an effective and cohesive marketing strategy. 3hrs of website maintenance will be included to ensure your website is updated, ready for your latest drops and the new seasons. I will create a graphic for each drop and change out banners accordingly, completely branded for your business. You will retain rights to use at any time. 5hrs of admin assistance that can be used for invoicing, replying to customers' emails, helping you with market research, placing orders to vendors, and more!

Social Media Virtual Assistant Policy

As your Social Media Virtual Assistant, my goal is to support your brand with high-quality, strategic content, community management, and digital presence. To maintain clear expectations and healthy working boundaries, the following policies apply to all clients:


Vendor Group Approvals

We do not handle vendor applications, approvals, or communications within Facebook or other online business groups.
These groups often have rules, personal relationships, and ethical guidelines that require business owners to apply and engage directly.

Responsibility for applying to, communicating with, and being accepted by vendor groups rests solely with the business owner.
Once approved, we’re happy to assist with:

  • Drafting introduction or promo posts

  • Creating group-specific content

  • Scheduling content per group rules


📝 Content Creation & Usage

We create content based on the information, materials, and direction provided by the client.
This may include:

  • Branded social media graphics

  • Captions and call-to-actions

  • Content calendars and scheduling

However:

  • We are not responsible for content delays due to missing assets or lack of communication.

  • Final approval of all content is the client’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We will not create content for platforms, products, or services we haven’t been properly briefed on.

To ensure brand accuracy and voice, we rely on timely input, direction, and feedback.


📵 Communication Policy

Clear, ongoing communication is key to successful social media management.
Please note:

  • If we do not receive requested content, feedback, or direction within 7 business days, we will pause all content creation until communication resumes.

  • Missed or delayed communication from the client does not warrant refund or extension of hours.

  • Emergency requests with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be accommodated.

Whether tasks take 10 minutes or an hour, all time spent on communication, content creation, revisions, and scheduling is accounted for. This ensures fairness, prevents overwork, and helps you get the most value out of your hours.
